And anytime I have had any issues the ladies there have always been so helpful. I would recommend using this insurance company to anyone they are wonderful representatives of State Farm. And the price ain't bad either."

"We just recently moved from nc to sc. The agent I had was ok at first but kept making mistakes and this just got out of hand. Communication with the agent was horrible. I was never in the loop and had to deal with a few "suprises". Worst experience ever! Jim, Ben is killin your business. Avoid Benjamin at all cost he will screw you over!!!!!!"

"Ben constantly messes things up. You're more likely to find a sober person in Gastonia, before you can get ahold of Jim. I dont know if they take 6 lunches a day or just lie about their whereabouts when called. Receptionist says Jims on a call and he will call back, nothing. I recall, Ben answers and says Jims not in for the day. This is a constant issue. My girlfriend has been with them for 11 years, ending tomorrow."
